May 24, 2023:  Structure Fire on Brauer Road

Georgetown Fire responded to a structure fire in a garage separated from a house, on Brauer Rd. just off Wentworth Springs in Georgetown, California.

The fire was reported at noon and was quickly controlled and held to the initial building. No injuries were reported.

Units from Georgetown Fire, Garden Valley Fire Protection District, Rescue Fire, El Dorado County Fire and CALFIRE were on scene to assist.
